REAL FEDERALISM NOW

Benjamin F. Snowden, Jr.: Virginia Beach, Commonwealth of Virginia, United States; Though born on the "Left Coast" in sunny Orange County, California, I consider myself a Virginian; not because of geography but because of temperament and attitude. My politics are Conservative but I remain free of political party loyalties as they seem meaningless in the post-Reagan era... Neither of the major players is worth my time, my efforts or my money... I am a former sailor who has become very interested in, and concerned for the state of our Commonwealth and indeed, our nation. As a former serviceman, I have voluntarily put my life on the line for this country and honor those who continue to stand watch over all of us here at home and abroad. I am a BIG believer in the basic tenants of the founders of our nation as articulated in the founding documents of our land; The Constitution of the United States, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence. The "Founding Fathers" were imperfect men, products of the Age of Enlightenment, who's value systems and customs were very different from what we know today, but who never the less created the greatest nation to ever exist in the history of mankind, The United States of America.
